About the Holly Trolley
The New York Museum of Transportation operates the Holly Trolley as a fund raising event, with funds used to maintain the Museum and its collection of antique railcars.
Tickets
All passengers for the Holly Trolley, except those 2 years of age and younger, are required to purchase and display a valid ticket. Please note: Tickets are NOT mailed out! Your tickets will be available for pick up before you board the trolley. Please bring your I.D., or a copy of your PayPal receipt, when picking up your tickets at the ticket desk.
Seating Arrangements
Trolley seats accommodate two adults sitting side-by-side. Persons of size requiring additional space must purchase additional tickets as required at the time of initial ticket purchase. By virtue of the historic equipment utilized, no specific seats can be reserved, and community seating is practiced. Although the Museum makes reasonable attempts to accommodate groups of 8 or more when tickets are purchased under ONE name, and ONE transaction for the same train, NO specific seating arrangements or contiguous seating for ANY group or individual can be guaranteed.
Please note that there is no on-board storage for strollers, wheelchairs or other large items.
Museum Location
The New York Museum of Transportation is located at 6393 East River Road, West Henrietta, NY 14586
